"Green Oranges, c'est vachement plus rock et moderne que ce que je pensais. Les compos sont vraiment efficaces, basées sur des riffs tranchants et des structures à tiroirs très bien vues. La formule fonctionne à merveille: grattes, batterie, clavier, voix et ça fait du bien d'entendre des compos de guitariste qui laissent autant de place à la voix!! Les morceaux sont variés et riches, comme les rythmes même au sein d'un même morceau (the Wave). Un très bon mélange de blues, de psyché, de rock, de jazz, de trip hop qui porte très bien son nom, "green oranges", sorte de poème surréaliste, solstice d'été à la Paul Eluard en musique, récité du haut d'une colline beaujolaise au crépuscule avec dans la vallée un echo du passé glorieux du rock', roll mais qui ne résonne pas en noir et blanc."
